Legacy Press provides FREE telephone
support for most registered new users for the first
thirty days (for Practice Today Basic) or the first year (for Practice
Today Pro).

You can chose from the following
support methods:
Annual support
contract - An annual software service contract can be purchased for
$4800 for Practice Today (Pro), or $2400 for Practice Today (Basic). An
annual support contract entitles you to eighty hours of telephone support for
one year, and access to all software updates. Renewal policy: The
annual cost to renew software support will never
increase for Practice Today users with current contracts. Your cost will remain at
your initial rate for as long
as you continue to renew your contract.
Software
updates without support - Access to all software updates
(without support) can be purchased for $3600 for Practice Today (Pro),
or $1800 for Practice Today (Basic). Renewal policy: The
annual cost to renew your "updates only" contract will never
increase for Practice Today users with current contracts. Your cost will remain at
your initial rate for as long
as you continue to renew your contract.

A Windows Help file for Practice Today
is available for download in the download area. It
is not necessary that you have Practice Today to view this file. Please note that the Help
file is regularly updated.
